• All rates include:
  – Full country breakfast (dietary variations on request)
  – Complementary welcome refreshments
  – Suite turn-down service (including complementary chocolates and port)

Rates are for two occupants per suite only. The additional charge for a third person in one of our suites is $120 per night which includes all the usual benefits all our guests receive.

• Check-in 3pm / Check-out 11am ( alternative times may be able to be accommodated on request)
• Leconfield House is an adult retreat and therefore we are unable to accommodate children or pets.
• Smoking is only permitted externally to Leconfield House
• Cancelation policy: 
  1. Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away;
  2. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in;
  3. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
   
   

Private Transfers                           

Leconfield House has available for the exclusive use by our guests a luxury vehicle which seats up to eight people. We can provide transfers to and from wineries, restaurants and concerts whenever you are ready – at times that suit you.

Cost: Local transfers (drop-off and return to Leconfield House) within the Pokolbin Region – $30.00 per person

We can create a complete package rate for you and your guests that includes accommodation, meals and the activities you want to include in your visit to Leconfield House and the Hunter Valley.

We will discuss with you what you and your guests would like to do while visiting Leconfield House and the Hunter Valley to ensure your visit is memorable. It is our philosophies to ensure you are able to relax and enjoy your visit and we manage the details and ensure it all meets or exceeds your expectations. This can include private transfers to and from your choice of activity and various dining options at Leconfield House or one of the many restaurants nearby.

Below we provide links to various suggested activities that are available to you when you visit Leconfield House. Once you have ideas of what you may like to do during your visit, contact us and we will design a range of accommodation packages to suit.

Wine Tours

The Leconfield House Private Hunter Valley Providores and Wineries Tour includes

– The Olive Centre, Pokolbin Estate (tasting of olives, chillies, oils, tapenades and chutneys)

– The Smelly Cheese Shop (tasting a variety of locally made cheese)

– The Constable Winery (including wine tasting, a walk through the gardens, sculptures and the Len Evans lookout)

– The Ivanhoe Winery (a private wine tasting including a cheese and biscuits)

– Hunter Valley Chocolate Company

 As this will be a private tour variations to the tour can occur as you prefer.

Cost: $60.00 /person conducted using our luxury vehicle. Lunch is not included, we will discuss with you the various options available.
